Kickoff Conversation

Your goals, your story — let’s define your path. Together we’ll have a kickoff conversation — via message, call, or an in-person meeting — to understand your background, current situation, and what you want to achieve.

For in-person Personal Training, we’ll schedule a session at a convenient time and meet at the training location to start your journey directly on-site.

Program Design

I’ll create a plan aligned with your goals, lifestyle, and athletic level. A plan that truly fits you. Whether you’re a just getting started or aiming for peak performance, your training will be fully personalized to your needs.

Access to the App

You’ll get access to a training app where you can track your workouts, monitor progress, and see week by week how far you’ve come. 

PUT THE PLAN INTO MOITON

With the 8-week Personalized Plan, you’ll follow your structured mesocycle. After 8 weeks, we’ll have a follow-up conversation to review your progress and adjust the next mesocycle to keep developing your performance.

With 1:1 Coaching, you benefit from weekly check-ins and ongoing plan-adjustments according your progress. You’ll also receive 24/7 support and detailed technique coaching through video analysis to optimize your form and performance.
