Beim 8-w\u00f6chigen Trainingsplan<\/strong>, folgst du selbstst\u00e4ndig deinem strukturierten Mesozyklus. Nach den 8 Wochen gibt es nochmal ein Gespr\u00e4ch mit mir, um deine Fortschritte zu analysieren und deinen n\u00e4chsten Mesozyklus anzupassen. Leistungssteigerung wird nur durch st\u00e4ndiges Anpassen und progressive Belastungssteigerung erzielt.<\/p>\n

Bei der 1:1 Betreuung<\/strong>profitierst du von w\u00f6chentlichen Fortschrittanalysen und dementsprechenden Plananpassungen. Auch wenn sich deine Ziele zwischendurch \u00e4ndern, passen wir deinen Plan ohne weitere Kosten an. Meine Unterst\u00fctzung und Expertise steht dir 24\/7 zu Verf\u00fcgung. Per Video-Technikanalyse, helfe ich dir auch dabei deine Bewegungsausf\u00fchrung und Form zu verbessern.\u00a0<\/p>\n
